I take your privacy seriously, especially given the personal nature of my work. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

How I collect it
I collect information directly from you when you fill in a form on my website, book a session, contact me by email, phone or social media, sign up for updates, or work with me. I only collect sensitive information with your consent and when it’s needed for the work we’re doing together.

What you share in our sessions stays between us. I won’t share it with anyone unless you give me permission, the law requires or allows it, or I believe it’s necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to someone’s life, health or safety.
Testimonials
I’ll only publish a testimonial or your name with your written permission. You can ask me to remove it at any time.
Who I share it with
I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. I only share it with trusted service providers who help me run my business, such as my website, email, booking and payment providers.
Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. I use reputable providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Automated decisions
I don’t use automated systems to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights or interests. My website quiz suggests where you might start, but it doesn’t decide what services you can access. Any decisions about working together are made by me, in conversation with you.
How I store and protect it
I store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. I keep it only for as long as I need it, or as long as the law requires, and then securely delete or destroy it.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I’ll let you know and report it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
